→ Valorant manager occasionally, managing teams like MORI, my own org Optim, and Mobeorus Reign for a bit before. Primarily to get experience as a manager in the esports industry.

.✦ Coach/Analyst ݁˖

→ Gain some experience as an analyst for MORI Midnight Osiris, Kameko Riven, and a friendly team named Annoy Real to help them with their team composition, what to do against other team compositions, have protocols for any set plays, and anti-strategies that will work against the majority of meta comps in-game. The fundamentals were already known to the majority of these players, but giving them a few reminders about what to improve individually became part of the job, too.

.✦ Head Marshal ݁˖

→ Became the head marshal for my university’s intramurals and esports organization under LPE for Valorant and League of Legends, helping to make sure the teams playing understood the rules, regulations, and policies that they needed to strictly abide by. Ensuring the event flows flawlessly without any interruption or errors that will lead our event into overtime.

.✦ Stream Director ݁˖

→ Became the stream director for an MLBB and HOK stream. I know I’m not fully into MOBA as my game genre leans more towards FPS, but I was able to become the stream director for my broadcasting team to ensure minimal errors in our livestream and that the scenes, graphics, and transitions would all be played in one smooth motion. Preparation time doesn’t need to be long, as I memorize OBS Studios and have the graphics prepared in our Google Drive, with contingency plans of having on-hand creatives to create any graphics needed on the spot. Ensuring a near-flawless stream for our event to become successful and enjoyable for the audience/spectators to see.

.✦ Shoutcaster ݁˖

→ Part-time shoutcaster for some Valorant organizations like MORI, LPE, and Sneaky Events to be their play-by-play (PBP) shoutcaster for the time being. Since I lean towards FPS and Valorant as my main games, it was perfect to take some opportunities to shoutcast for their events to learn more about being a talent in the talents team, like being a shoutcaster, host, or special guest for events.
